Shipping costs

• Within the Netherlands: free shipping on orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
  
• Within the EU: shipping costs vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
  
• Outside the EU: any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.

Processing time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt. During busy periods or for custom-made products, this may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.

Shipping method

All orders are shipped with PostNL. For international orders, delivery is handled by the local postal service in your country.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  
• EU: 3–9 business days
  
  
• Outside the EU: 6–14 business days

Undelivered orders

If a package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@bindesign.nl. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
